Apologies for not being on much recently, we’ve had a busy few weeks with the kids and life.

But I have been industrious, I’ve been looking into creating some of my own cosmetic bags for a while now, I’m mad about makeup and trained years ago in Bridal makeup and while I haven’t done any weddings in years, the love for makeup has remained.

So I have been searching Pinterest for inspiration on making my own bags.

Here are two brands that really caught my eye:

Ajaythelabel is an American brand that sells on Etsy, but you can find them on Instagram too, aren’t these bags luscious.

As I’m used to creating my own patterns, so I watched a few videos and put a process together and voila, I successfully made my first bag, then felt confident enough to try and second.

My girls quickly nabbed these but I’m making a third one for myself and hoping to tidy up my technique and see if I can’t make some as gifts for birthdays this year.
